With E-RYT 500 designation from the Yoga Alliance and 25 years experience teaching hatha yoga, Michelle is qualified and prepared to assist you with any part of your 200, 300 or 500 hour yoga teacher training. You can even incorporate some or all of the Unnata Aerial Yoga teacher training into your course!

Be led through complete (inversions, forward & backward bends, twists, etc.) Unnata Aerial Yoga classes meant for experienced students. Classes run approximately one hour in length.
Workshops focus on a specific aspect of a yoga/aerial yoga practice, and take time to give more information than what you receive in standard, guided classes.
Videos for short courses run between 2-3 hours long, and include supporting materials, additional video(s) and homework for you to continue learning on your own, self-guided.
