Learn how to teach Unnata Aerial Yoga from the source! You only need 3 teachers to meet Unnata quality-control standards for a teacher training course at your studio.
With E-RYT 500 designation from the Yoga Alliance and 25 years experience teaching hatha yoga, Michelle is qualified and prepared to assist you with any part of your 200, 300 or 500 hour yoga teacher training. You can even incorporate some or all of the Unnata Aerial Yoga teacher training into your course!
Private yoga lessons promote rapid progress! A yoga practice with Michelle Dortignac ensures that you are gently and skillfully guided in the right direction for your particular needs and goals, maximizing your own personal growth.
Choose between: aerial yoga, low hammock yoga, restorative yoga, or yoga with no props or equipment. Your private class can be just for you, or you can invite up to 2 of your friends. (Location: Lancaster, PA)
Take your private class through live video feed in the convenience of your own home or workplace. The entire spectrum of Unnata Yoga classes can be guided through livestream, as long as you have the necessary equipment and/or props.
Unnata Yoga founder, Michelle Dortignac, will guide you through these CREATIVE and FUN classes, using a variety of equipment to achieve spinal decompression, and support your Yoga practice/goals.
Be led through complete (inversions, forward & backward bends, twists, etc.) Unnata Aerial Yoga classes meant for experienced students. Classes run approximately one hour in length.
Workshops focus on a specific aspect of a yoga/aerial yoga practice, and take time to give more information than what you receive in standard, guided classes. Workshops are 2-3 hours long, and can include supporting materials and homework for you to continue learning on your own, self-guided.
