Meet Michelle Dortignac

Unnata Creator

Michelle Dortignac approaches her work like an artist constantly refining her creation. As a professional dancer, choreographer, aerialist and yoga teacher, she developed Unnata in the spirit of inquisitive self-discovery and yogic evolution.

Michelle continues to expand the Unnata method, drawing from her 30+ years of study, practice and teaching yoga and movement arts.

Choose a teacher that can evolve you,
and a method that evolves with you.

Since 2005, Michelle has grown the Unnata organization into a worldwide community of teachers and practitioners, each on their own journey to become a better yogi, and a better human.

Michelle demystifies complex yogic concepts so you can understand and apply them in your daily life. And she trains Unnata teachers how to observe, how to listen, and how to guide students to move beyond their limits and arrive at their own “ah-ha” moments of clarity.

So whether you study directly with Michelle, or with another capable Unnata teacher, the Unnata method will help you become a more perceptive student, a more skillful teacher, and a more deeply fulfilled human.

With Unnata, abstract teachings become accessible.
The mystical becomes practical.
Your evolution accelerates.

Unnata Yoga is not a corporate one-size-fits-all approach to yoga. It’s personal. Each time you practice, you’re slightly different than you were before. And with awareness, you can make a new choice that leads to expansive insight.

Move your body in a different way. Think a fresh thought. See the world from an uplifted perspective. And receive profound epiphanies in your practice, and your life.

Study with a teacher whose depth of wisdom can spark your own understanding, and you will rapidly progress on your path. Study with a teacher who can help you access more from your practice, and you will become more.

Become more present. More purposeful. More You.
