Olga Elkina has been an Iyengar yoga instructor since 2008. She continued her studies with Sergei Mikhailov in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she was living at the time, completing his teaching course in 2010. She also traveled to the USA to study with Dharma Mittra, completing his 500 hour teacher training in 2017.
In 2012, Olga became a licensed Unnata Aerial Yoga instructor, and completed the Unnata advanced level 2 training in 2015, and the Unnata advanced level 3 training in 2021. Olga has been an Unnata Teacher Training course leader since 2016, and led several Unnata Aerial Yoga teacher training programs in Russia until she left the country in 2022.
By profession, Olga is a clothing designer, an artist, and previously owned two aerial yoga studios in St. Petersburg.
