Midland Yoga Works is a private studio dedicated to providing movement choices that rebuild and refresh the body, mind and spirit. Our classes are taught by our staff of dynamic teachers, all of whom are highly skilled and devoted to Yoga. Classes include Iyengar, Vinyasa, Unnata Aerial Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga.
We offer yoga classes designed to strengthen and balance the body, mind and spirit. Instructors will creatively focus on postures, deepening the students’ knowledge of alignment, mental clarity, emotional balance and spiritual way of being.
