Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Policy for Unnata Teacher Training Programs

Unnata teacher trainings are immersive programs that require advanced planning and limited enrollment. 

To support both the quality of the training and our participants, we have a clear and balanced registration and cancellation policy. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and changes are handled.

Registration and Payment

• Your space in a training is reserved when we receive your deposit.

• The remaining balance is due before the training begins. The exact due date will be shared at registration.

• Some trainings offer an early-bird discount when full tuition is paid by a specific date.

Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable. Your space is reserved specifically for you and may not be able to be filled later.

• If you have paid more than the deposit:

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the training may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit. *

  • Cancellations closer to the training start date may not be eligible for a refund, as planning and expenses have already taken place. *

• Early-bird payments follow the same cancellation terms.

Illness, injury, or personal emergencies are treated the same as other participant cancellations.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and may consider alternatives such as a credit toward a future training, when possible. *

Attendance and Completion

• No refunds are given for missed days, late arrival, or early departure from a training.

• Leaving a training early or missing required hours may affect eligibility for certification or completion.

Training Cancellations or Changes

In the rare event that a training must be canceled or postponed for any reason, whether due to unforeseen circumstances or necessary program decisions:

• All tuition payments made to Unnata Yoga will be refunded or, when appropriate, offered as a credit toward a future training.

• We are not responsible for your travel-related expenses, including flights, accommodations, or other personal costs.

Because travel is often required, we strongly recommend booking refundable or transferable travel arrangements whenever possible.

Our goal is to balance care for participants with the time, preparation, and commitments involved in offering these trainings.
