Dates: Thursday, November 7 – Sunday November 10, 2024
Schedule: 9:00-17:30 with 1.5 hour lunch break
+ 2 hours livestream/video class from your own home or studio, after the contact hours of the course
In order to receive a graduation certificate, you must attend all of the contact hours and be an active Unnata member.
Yoga Alliance members! This program can be used for 28 CE contact hours.

Full Course: $745 or $665 if paid in full by September 19, 2024; $475 for teachers who have already taken Level 2
Single Days: $190 or $140 for teachers who have already taken Level 2
Single day sales begin September 20, 2024, and are subject to availability.
Included: Tuition includes 68 page Level 2 training textbook, or select pages for single day attendees.

DIGGING DEEPER, FLYING HIGHER
This Unnata Aerial Yoga level 2 course is exclusively for teachers who took the Unnata Aerial Yoga level 1 course. Over the four-days, you will have an opportunity to learn how to teach more complex and advanced Unnata Aerial Yoga classes, refine your teaching skills, find more depth and detail from the original Teacher Training course material to revitalize your classes. As an added bonus, deepen your connection to the Unnata teachers community! Led by Unnata Aerial Yoga founder, Michelle Dortignac.
Activities/topics of study will include:
- Applying Advanced Asanas
- Advanced Alignment
- Advanced Aerial Yoga Positions (more flexibility, strength, coordination & endurance, and ability to sense subtleties)
- Advanced Transitions (more dexterity and spatial awareness)
- Reinforcing Yoga subtleties within challenging Advanced Sequences
This course will count for 28 CE contact hours with the Yoga Alliance.
Syllabus: Day one: Group class and Level 1 review and enhancement. Day two: Alignment Workshop 1 and new Aerial Asanas. Day three: Alignment Workshop 2 and new Aerial Asanas, Day four: Advanced Transitions + Day 5: Livestream/Video Class (done from your own home or studio, after completion of the program’s contact hours).
