Unnata Yoga

Unnata is an exploration of how your body moves in space, how your mind is shaped, and how your inner wisdom reveals itself.

Unnata can enhance what you already know about yoga, challenge what you think you know about your practice (and teaching), and illuminate what you’re ready to discover about yourself.

There’s more to yoga than you think.
And more to You to be revealed.

Since 2005, Michelle has grown the Unnata organization into a worldwide community of teachers and practitioners, each on their own journey to become a better yogi, and a better human.

Michelle demystifies complex yogic concepts so you can understand and apply them in your daily life. And she trains Unnata teachers how to observe, how to listen, and how to guide students to move beyond their limits and arrive at their own “ah-ha” moments of clarity.

So whether you study directly with Michelle, or with another capable Unnata teacher, the Unnata method will help you become a more perceptive student, a more skillful teacher, and a more deeply fulfilled human.

Unnata is the Sanskrit word for elevated, meaning both spiritually and physically elevated. Unnata® is also the name of our organization, and we hold internationally registered trademarks to help distinguish our organization and teachers.

The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training provides far more than a foundation to teach Aerial Yoga. It’s a deep immersion into a unique method of Yoga that uses the support of the hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground.
